These Bonus Terms explain how promotions at Niagara Falls Casino work, from opting in to turning bonus funds into cash. They apply alongside our Terms of Use whenever you take part in an offer from Promotions or Niagara Falls Rewards.

What general rules apply to every offer?

1.1 Every promotion has its own offer details, visible in your account, and these apply together with these Bonus Terms. If the offer details and these Bonus Terms say different things, the offer details prevail for that promotion.

1.2 Your account displays real-money funds and bonus funds as two separate balances.

1.3 You can only withdraw bonus funds once the wagering requirement for that offer has been met.

1.4 Offers are shown inside your account after you log in. They are not advertised publicly, because public promotion of incentives is restricted in some provinces.

1.5 We pay bonuses in Canadian dollars (CAD).

What is bonus abuse, and what are the consequences?

2.1 Bonus abuse includes:

opening extra accounts or using another person's details to claim an offer again
acting with other players to collect offers or share outcomes
betting on opposing results so that wagering is cleared at low risk
betting more per stake than the bonus maximum bet permits
deliberately using excluded games to clear wagering

2.2 If abuse is detected, we can cancel the bonus, void all winnings arising from it, recover any sums already paid out and close the account.

Who can take part?

3.1 To take part in promotions, players must be verified, located in Canada and aged 19 or older, and online casino play must be lawful under the local law where they live.

3.2 Unless an offer's details state otherwise, a single claim is allowed per person, payment method, household or device.

3.3 We send no offers to players who have paused their account or chosen self-exclusion.

Is it possible to have several bonuses active at once?

4.1 Only a single bonus can be active at any one time.

4.2 To start a new offer, you must first complete or forfeit the current one.

How do I opt in?

5.1 You can opt in by selecting the offer when making a qualifying deposit, or from the Promotions area in your account.

5.2 Read the offer details first, since by opting in you agree to them.

5.3 Taking part in any promotion is your choice, and you may decline whichever ones you like. If a bonus has already been credited, you can ask us to cancel it. Cancelling wipes out the bonus as well as any money won with it.

How much of a bonus can I convert to cash?

6.1 Withdrawable cash won through bonus play is limited to 6 times your first deposit.

6.2 When wagering is complete, we remove any amount above that cap before the remaining balance moves to your cash balance.

Which games count toward wagering, and how is it calculated?

7.1 Wagering is the total value of stakes you must place before bonus funds become cash.

7.2 Unless an offer states a different figure, wagering is 35 times the bonus amount. Winnings from free spins also carry 35 times wagering.

7.3 The current welcome refund carries 1x wagering, as set out in section 10.

7.4 Each game type contributes at a different rate. Before playing, check the offer details to see how slots, table games, Live Casino and Jackpots titles count. Titles marked as excluded contribute nothing to wagering.

7.5 Only stakes placed after the bonus is credited count towards its wagering.

When does a bonus expire?

8.1 Every bonus has a time limit, which is shown in the offer details.

8.2 When the deadline arrives and wagering is not complete, the bonus is removed from your account along with all winnings it generated.

What is the largest stake I can place with bonus funds?

9.1 While playing with bonus funds, each round accepts a stake of no more than C$8.

9.2 Rounds above this limit can be voided, along with winnings from them.

What is the current welcome offer?

10.1 Our welcome offer, Up to C$250 Back on First 24 Hours, also goes by the name C$250 Loss Back. We refund net losses recorded during the 24 hours that follow your first play, capped at C$250.

10.2 The offer works as follows:

minimum deposit C$5
the refund covers losses minus winnings over the 24-hour period that begins when you first play
up to C$250, paid as bonus funds
Wagering of 1x, completed inside 7 days
bets placed with bonus funds limited to C$8 per round

10.3 The offer appears in your account after you sign up and log in.

10.4 Once your opening 24-hour period closes, the refund is paid to your account. No refund applies if that period ends without a net loss.
